I feel like if it was diagnosed at any stage in the pregnancy, abortion should be recommended, but ultimately left to parental choice like with Down's Syndrome. This is survivable with moisturization and daily removal of excess skin, of course there's a greater risk of early death due to infection, but there are people who have survived and seem to be happy with their life.

they are happy because they're in an exceptional situation. Not born in a 3rd world country like in the video, parents (not biological, because she got abandoned) with enough money and time to take excessive care of her until adulthood.
Despite all this she will have trouble building relationships, making friends, holding down a normal job (yet alone push through an education). Does not seem like a life worth living IMO
