as much as I hate to admit this yes. though have plenty of tetrodotoxin meaning if you didn't cook it properly you can become paralyzed and stop breathing

The reason I know is because it is a Japanese delicacy! Though it only applies to beef, due to the reproductive system being quite similar to humans, the same effects would happen if you did eat it raw or undercooked. So not only humans but other animals like cows
