You know, I see a lot of posts asking for more flairs and all these extra features all the time. At the same time, I see one of the most powerful features on the site going unused.
Time and time again, I see the front page full of video requests, stupid questions being asked and re-asked, and reposts. Once again, one of the oldest, most beneficial features of the site going unused.
I think maybe a lot of you don't know about it. Allow me to introduce you to this horrifically underused, underappreciated feature:
Need a fix and just really need to see a video of someone getting shot in the head? Don't make a Request post. It's way faster to type "shot head" into the search bar (you retards don't even need to type full sentences...a bonus!), and see what happens:
Now, it's not perfect, as you can see. However, there are plenty of videos on that list that satisfy what you're looking for.
Have that video? You know the one. The great one with the guy sitting in a vehicle vomiting blood? It's pretty great, huh? Bet you'd get a bunch of coins if you uploaded and posed that one. 
Oh, but wait....
...let's type in "vomits blood"...
As you can see, it's a popular video. Now that's not a problem. The problem is, there's one that was posted 23 days ago, which is less than two months (for those who struggle with such things). That means if you were to upload the video, it would be a repost. It would get reported, and you'd be a whiny, upset little customer about it. All this can just be avoided with a few quick uses of:
Then you would know how long to hold on to the video, when it would be exactly 2 months old, and then you can post the video.
Let's see....say you're a retarded kid, and all you care about are the imaginary coins the site uses. You really want to know. No, you NEED to know how to get them. But wait! Don't make a post. Instead:

Yes, there are other results in there, but your question is answered. Multiple times. One word in the search bar and hit enter. That's all it takes.
There are always exceptions and sometimes because dipshits can't title their posts correctly they won't show up in the results, but those are exceptions.
Next time you want to ask a stupid question, post a video, or make a request...please, please think of the search bar. It's quite often faster than making a post in the first place. It also saves the rest of us from seeing your stupid bullshit again and again and again. So, to wrap things up;

Maybe, I just know of at least two posts that got reported to hell and back for being a repost and being made by what was obviously a minor (like you say, they're very easy to spot), and admins just deleted all the reports and kept both the posts and users. Maybe it's a bad apple, idk. It's hard to say for sure since we just see the huge tide of new kid accounts and don't really see the ones getting deleted or banned. I hope you're right though
