i joined WPD 1 1/2 Years ago.
In the past i used it for curiosity reasons and to spend time thinking about death and violence. Later i also used it to shittalk in comments and trigger people. But that has changed since some time already.
You guys remember when Clitpeeler left and said that the content here is a useless waste of time and we should read the bible? That really got me thinking about my use for this website and community. I think i've seen my fair share of gore. If there is some value in watching them, i must have most of it out till now. I still see a information value in unfiltered and unedited videos about current events as in salveshit and sandshit, or with the moscow terror attack mega-thread.
I think WPD is a great plattform, but the thought i was wasting my life, watching people die really got to me.

If you ignore the retards and mentally ill folks who are here either looking for attention, expressing their extreme views, or rage baiting (I do it sometimes just because yall are so easy to trigger), it's really a sobering experience here.
You don't get to see this shit anywhere else(except other gore sites, and this one happens to be the best of them imo), and the rest of society likes to forget how sick and twisted the other half of the world is.
I like coming here because I'm afraid of death and I take life for granted sometimes, and something about seeing it doesn't bring me closer to accepting it, but it helps me be thankful for what I've got and the life I was given. I'm lucky as shit even though I claim to be unlucky all of the time.
But I should note gore vids have definitely de-sensitized me in a way towards death and violence, but I feel as though that's a gift and curse.
