If you don't know what the Lexi Bonner video is, tl;dr it's a kid getting beaten up by a teen (purportedly named Lexi Bonner) while he's screaming and crying throughout. It's pretty bad, and I've seen some serious shit.
This video isn't banned because we're moralstragging about what you should/shouldn't watch here. Simply put, the final part of rule 4 was put there to curb specific videos focusing on explicit, deliberate abuse and great suffering of small children. This is in place because there's a startlingly large contingent of people that get off to this sort of stuff. We've had issues with these sorts of people in the beginning of the site, and they specifically congregated around this type of content. These are the last kinds of people we want to deal with, and as such, we decided that banning this content was the best move. There's better content here than a kid crying and screaming while getting beaten by bullies anyway, but if you're the kind of person who has a very... keen interest in these sort of videos and that's why you want it so much, then why don't you have a seat over there? 
Ignore the woodchipper, it's for decoration.
P.S. don't dox people either. Even if they're objective pieces of shit who beat kids, it's something that opens us up to way too much liability.

Genuine question, how is this not okay, but seeing a child throw themselves from several floors and slowly die on the ground where they landed, or seeing the hanging body of a literal infant who got hanged by their mother, or even several children dying in some gruesome way is okay ?
Like I'm not interested in that video specifically, but I don't get why it's not okay to be posted here, when there's already loads of videos with children dying in ways that are way more horrible and gore that are allowed here

It wasn't out of shame, I still stand by it fully. It was because this one has a better, more logical explanation rendering mine superfluous and potentially confusing. We don't want freaks getting off to young children being abused, simple as.

I just looked through this whole comment section, and several users were asking why other videos of children getting beat/killed were allowed but this one wasn't. No admin has given an answer yet, and even in this very comment chain you responded to the person calling you out on your hypocrisy instead of giving a good answer.
You may have answered in the now deleted post from earlier, and if so I apologize.
“We don't want freaks getting off to young children being abused”. Projecting much? Nobody is jerking it to that video, they are concerned that this will lead to heavier censorship. Rightfully so.

Because this post answers it, we don't want videos focused on abuse of young children.
I did my best to explain to many people in my deleted post my interpretation of the rule and why it applied to some but not others. But for people like Couchweed here they don't care to try to learn or see it from another point of view. And he's particularly mad for some reason so he's lying about me. Note how he can't point to any comment where I supposedly had a mental breakdown.
Oh you'd be surprised what I've removed. That long video about the 12 year old girl slowly hanging herself as the sky turns to night? I myself banned 5 pedos commenting on that one post. And more elsewhere. You don't see anybody saying it because it gets reported, removed, and the pedo freaks banned.
I highly doubt it. This rule has been in place and enforced for a long time. I made the mistake of calling attention to a specific video which I should have anticipated would cause drama. Nothing has actually changed.

I just don't see what line the particular video being discussed crosses, this whole situation is just very vague. If a video is banned here but I can watch it on Reddit, that's a red flag to me.
I underestimated how many pedos are on this site, so good on you all for moderating and banning them appropriately. However, the video you mentioned (link below) is still available to watch.
