I like the name; it’s not that long, is it? I’ve only ever seen groups used to get more eyes on a post. I won’t name names, but there’s one user who tags another group I’m in every single time he makes a post, and it’s kind of annoying and I ignore it when I see his name there. Aside from saying “hey, look at my post” or “hey, look at this other guys post”, I don’t really know what else you can do with a group. I don’t know if you can make private threads that don’t show up on the front page, but if you can you could tag the group into that, I guess?
E: in my n word thread I tagged a group so more people would see it because I knew it was going to get downvoted into oblivion, so it’s useful for that.

Pinging people to your post is what the followers thing is for.... i can think of tons of ways to abuse this but i don't want to use it to get more views or coins, i'm not sure how to utilize this function yet but i"ll think of something which will make it something worth having, i feel that there something fun that can be done with this...
There's not really any information about it anywhere as to what it can and can not do....
