Why do IED or EFP attacks go to /h/combat and why not /h/explosion

This is a question for the admins

because usually after a IED or a EFP attack you don't see soldiers or militants engaging with combat with the military vehicle or soldier unless in a few occasions

Bomb being detonated by another person in a war/conflict = combat.

Well it doesent matter if they fight afterwards, its still combat and war
