Was just wondering if it could get tweaked at all, to at the very least reduce it. It's rather annoying at times.

Actually I think it is open-source, yeah. Might be worth checking out.
It's not pushing posts though from what I'm seeing. If I refresh the page for example nothing changes. I do have it on the default "Hot" sorting, though.
