You may have noticed that there's a great influx of new users. We are all basically refugees from other social media (lookin' at you, /r/watchpeopledie). Being new is not a fair reason for a report.
If you come across any clear rule violations, please report. This includes spam posts, OBVIOUS cocomelons, or random comments that don't make any sense. Please don't add reports just because someone seems to be from another social media.

But good part of them being underage (or behaving like so, both options not good) is literally the problem here.

If there's a valid reason to report, please do. What stops someone from reporting you for being an underage user? Should we acknowledge those reports instantly? I'm also a Tiktok user, am I underage? 75% of Tiktok users are not underage, according to a quick google search.
It's a bit cheap to just spam "underage" whenever someone mentions they're from Tiktok.

So you kinda admit there is a problem? Because now this annoying new users are (likely to be) harassed children.

I don't even report them for underage, just because there's no point in it. If someone's behaving like retarded, this is a problem, no matter 16 or 26. I'm more than aware of the Streisand effect, and just mostly keep outside WPD all the with some randoms' cries over how they were hurt by own actions. Reading comment sections go both sides, just usually one side far more numerous and far less aware of the opposite one.
I think I'm actually on another side. Can be allied, though
