Question for anyone knowledgeable about recreational opiate abuse/overdose (which I do not partake in), my understanding is that people overdosing on opiates typically pass away peacefully from respiratory depression and/or airway obstruction from vomiting while unconscious. She seemed very distraught prior to loss of consciousness; could this distress have been from anxiety related to difficulty breathing? Was she in pain? What would have causes the epistaxis (nose bleed; trauma from hitting her nose, snorting substances)?

Why is there blood on her? Also, if she is overdosing from narcotics she needs help ASAP, a Narcan can bring her back within seconds, otherwise an ambulance needs to stabilize her.

She was obviously in distress and npt feeling well before she went limp. The people with her prob provided the shit and didnt wanna get in trouble so they left her. Bunch of twats.
