Bus driver that defended a woman from sexual assault gets pushed off the bus, dies of stroke in hospital 2 weeks later. Mexico, 28 January 2024

The driver who defended a lady from the clutches of an alleged abuser in the Obrera neighborhood lost his life of a stroke.
As we published, the incident occurred on January 28th of this year on 109-C Street between 66 and 66-B of the aforementioned neighborhood, where Manuel E.C.V., 25 years old, originally from Guadalajara, allegedly went too far and groped the young woman P.J.F.S., 20 years old.
The driver of the Va y Ven, 51 year old J.E.L.T., upon seeing the situation, tried to stop the individual, but he allegedly physically assaulted him and pushed him to the pavement.
The other passengers, upon seeing the situation, immediately detained the alleged aggressor and when the State Police arrived, they handed him over.
The truck driver suffered a blow to the head and was taken to an IMSS hospital where he died of a stroke.
The young man was arrested and taken to the public jail for his legal situation, however he could now be charged as the alleged murderer of the truck driver.
