The homeless man had a head wound and got an infection there. He didn't seek medical attention, the insect laid eggs there and the larvae chewed a huge hole in his head. I'm questioning why the fuck he's still alive.

i think he hit it but it was like a lil small wound that could've been stitched, but got infected, rotted, attracted fly's, laid eggs, and now he got a lil asteroid dent in his fuckin head.
