Well, i mean shes technically didnt all out of luck, since human stomach acid is so strong it could dissolve most metals
however, a choking hazard is still a choking hazard and since it was a steak knife (presumably) she would get a few cuts inside of her throat, but still the odds are technically not zero, so good luck actually swallowing the thing and get it all the way to the stomach without it stabbing through and cause internal bleeding i guess

No way stomac acid can dissolve a knife. Anyway with the head positioned that way I'm pretty sure the knife went through the trachea rather than the esophagus.

Human stomach acid is pretty weak actually and very diluted, plus the stomach moves around and kinda squishes food while digesting so even if it could it wouldn't happen instantly and it would still squeeze itself around it. Overall bad times.
