black man overdose on the streets in san Francisco

A drug-addicted man overdosed on the drug, causing his heart to stop. Although it happened to him in a busy place, for a long time no one noticed him and he died. Probably passersby thought he was just lying drunk or drugged on the sidewalk and didn't need help.

Would love if the narrator was a doctor. Can you imagine him talking to loved ones at a hospital: “Come on mothafuckas, gather round now. I gots some good news and I gots some bad news.
