Found a singel article(The victim from article survived breaking few bones) with something similar to events from video but not close enough for me. So I decided to look frame by frame with contrast, level sweep and luminance gradients. She falls legs down and head up with arms spread on sides.
In ever frame she falls a bit until the last two frames in which she stops and folds as if hit a ground. The very next frame she disappears and in her place there is new uniform black spot. I came to conclusion the video was tempered with and the fall wasn't that high.
