I been having issues with my heart and pretty much feel like this will happen to me at work. It'll be caught on camera except I doubt it gets uploaded. Either way I hope so cause I'd rather them have to deal my meatbag then family. Plus I'll crap on the work floor

Wear a decent heart rate monitor, a heart attack is not your heart stopping and you can survive it, if you don't catch it in time then you go into cardiac arrest which is your heart not beating at all, also if you're not allergic, carry aspirin, if you feel like you're having a heart attack chew the aspirin or place it under your tongue (don't swallow, you'll absorb it faster through your mouth than your digestive system) it'll thin your blood allowing it to flow more easily and giving you time to get proper medical attention, alert someone nearby asap in case you lose consciousness so they can stay 9m the phone with emergency services, and begin cpr if necessary
