Fyi, the baby is still inside the amniotic sac, not the placenta. The placenta I believe still inside the woman's womb.
What I'm curious about is, where tf is the umbilical cord? Hope the baby still alive, because the amniotic sac can just be ripped open to get the baby out of the sac.

It looks like the placenta is still attached to the sac. If she was 20 weeks or less it would be called complete spontaneous abortion. People prefer to call it a miscarriage because the word abortion is associated with the elective practice.
The doctor may say that it was a "complete spontaneous abortion" and can be confusing but it is actually a teeny bit of good news because it explains that everything came out. Therefore we don't need to be cleaned out or get a D&C afterwards. I think there is less chance of infection as well.
Much better than an incomplete abortion or a septic abortion which are much more risky to a woman's health.
That is also probably why she is crying so hard. It looks quite early for her child to be born.
