The 8th photo is not actually Hisashi Ouchi, although it is commonly mistaken for that, the true origin of the photo is a house burn victim.

If you're talking about Ouchi-san, then there was a whole documentary going over the accident and his treatment in hospital. It's in Japanese but there should be captions included in YouTube
