Most videos on here of cop body cams show cops using legit defense. Maybe trigger happy, but I can’t judge in situations where someone is trying to stab them, beat them, or shoot them.
This was fucking bullshit. Dude was no threat and they didn’t even make it clear “reach for your waste and and force will be used against you.”
What force? Taser, rubber bullets? Tear gas? You gonna tackle him?
If the actual consequence was “we will turn your insides out in a sudden hailstorm of bullets” that part should be completely, totally clear. No ambiguous “force” language.
In America, one of the biggest sins you can commit is being poor or homeless. Shouldn’t be. Being poor and refusing to listen to some douche that OD’d on Call of Duty to the point that it became his personality, shouldn’t be a death sentence.
