Tulsa is way better than the dusty ass industrial city of OKC. But Oklahoma in its entirety has a lot of drugs running through and some stupid crazy ish goes down all over there.
But there’s a lot of good in Tulsa too. The local music scene is thriving, there’s a river park walk spanning freaking 20+ miles with volleyball dunes, an amphitheater, etc. Besides that the city of Tulsa has loads of cool museums and badass parks for instance this:

OKC has a butterfly center and a zoo… oh, and a city choked to death with factories and poverty …and the capitol building lol

Actually, strike that. There is a lot of snazzy attractions in Tulsa, but West Tulsa is full of gang activity, East Tulsa is full of gang activity, North Tulsa is full of gang activity and South Tulsa is full posh folks dialing up the dealers who live in the other parts of the city and busy distracting themselves with the trappings of their wealth.
