Happened in LA. 66 year old carrying her groceries was knocked over. She was later taken to hospital to get her checked where they found she had no major injuries. The guy who stole the car was caught speeding on the wrong side of the lane by police and so police took chase. (Happend at 1 pm). The guy ran from the scene and was later arrested.

Well maybe you people should give them more freedom in what they can do. So many cops don't want to do their jobs cuz of racism and other backlash.
Take it this way, criminals are bacteria, we normal humans are the imune system and cops are like antibiotics. Antibiotics is there not to get rid of the disease, but to decrease the number of bacteria in the body. From your statement, its liek saying why take antibiotics when it doesnt fully get rid of the disease. Now, the immune system is what gets rid of the remaining bacteria and defeats the disease, but is unable to withought the antibiotic. Same way, we humans have to work with cops and help them get rid of criminals, instead of complaining about them not being good enough while you're doing nothing to change it.
