I believe I remember seeing it on Reddit. I believe he had bipolar disorder and was manic. He had gone wreck less driving and got into multiple wrecks. I don’t think he should’ve been killed though to be honest. I think if the cop shot him earlier from farther away in a non lethal area he could’ve dropped. I think the knees.

You only think he could have shot him in the knees because youve never needed to shoot someone in the knees as they charge you. You can't afford to miss the person that's trying to harm/kill you.
