19 year-old thug named Mathew Moore shoots a police, Bryan Cooper, 4 times with a shotgun but fails to kill him due to ballistic vest the officer is wearing. As the thug is about to shoot the fifth round, another police officer shoots the thug approximately 13 times, killing the thug instantly.

I have so many questions. First of all, why did the cops show up at the house? Secondly why were there 3 cops with him. And also, how the fuck does a kid get a whole shotgun, which looks to be sawed off.

The thug was wanted for an attempted murder. He had a long history of aggression and problems with police and law enforcement in general. The officers figured out where he lived and went to arrest him. There were 2 cops: Bryan Cooper and another that i don't know the name. No sure about the shotgun or where he got that from tho.
