It's probably just because of gravity and how cloths can absorb liquids like blood. My guess would be that most of the blood is just getting stuck to his cloths. We only see him from the back too so he could be bleeding more than we think. Tho I imagine he must have been hit mostly in places that aren't fatal but who knows. if he was a druginator so much goes out the window as those dudes can be insane.
