I don't see how, the guy who got shot almost took the cops head off with a gun, would do nothing but make you look ignorant to protest over this. Only thing I could possibly say, is that the gun was out of reach and possibly they didnt have to shoot him, and by them I mean the female cop who tries for a solid like 10sseconds it seems to pull the trigger before her gun finally starts to fire.
