I will say it again. I'll go back to work the moment you remove the bad cops. I miss protecting and serving my community, but i refuse to have a badge on my chest as long as bad cops have one.

That’s not how any of this works. There’s no way to realistically separate “good” and “bad” cops, whatever that means. What police really need to do, is hold themselves accountable. When cops know they will get in trouble for abusing their authority, is when cops will stop abusing their authority.

I say "get rid of bad cops and ill requalify to wear a badge" you say "we cant tell the difference in good and bad cops" ... thats the problem.
