A member of the Municipal Police of the National District killed a 45-year-old man with a firearm wound, shotgun type, on Los Próceres Avenue, corner of John F. Kennedy, in this capital, during an operation against the window cleaners of vehicles. The event occurred in the park known as Zooberto.
The deceased was identified as José María Figueroa de Paula, 45 years old, who was mortally wounded, according to the Police, when members of the Municipal Police were carrying out an operation to counteract the activities of the window cleaners.
“According to the report, these individuals (the window cleaners) cornered and attacked the municipal police officers with stones, destroying the windows of the truck in which they were aboard carrying out the operation, supposedly because they intended to prevent one of their colleagues from being arrested.” , says the press release.
He adds that it was under these circumstances that the incident occurred where “the Municipal Police sergeant missed a shot” which caused the death of Figueroa de Paula, instantly.
However, a video shows when the agent takes the gun from a soldier and shoots Figueroa Paula in the head.

That happened long ago here in Dominican Republic, fucking cops were trying to capture a windowcleaner, his friends were resisting and one of the motherfuckers took a partner's gun (the partner also told him to do it) and shot the blue tshirt man.
I was so mad when I herad that im news, he had a wife and 2 kids, and the scumbag is probably free now, idk. That's the beautiful Dominican security system. ☺️☺️
