Modesto, California — The Modesto Police Department released footage of a July 4 shooting where an officer shot a man who charged an officer with a knife. The man was identified as 35-year-old Dylan Harvey.

Man I wish we could see the damage. It clearly wasn't instantly lethal so likely not the usual 'head shot'. By the sounds probably mouth/jaw/cheek which just sounds dope to see on someone still alive.
