Modesto, California — The Modesto Police Department released footage of a July 4 shooting where an officer shot a man who charged an officer with a knife. The man was identified as 35-year-old Dylan Harvey.

Really impressed by this officer. Manages to keep his composure and only fire twice and instantly attends to the victims' wounds while calmly communicating to his colleagues what happened. 99% of cops would've emptied their entire mags and yelled show me your hands!
