David Parker Ray (aka the toybox killer) would drug women & strap them to a homemade gynecological chair in a soundproof trailer & torture them sexually in unspeakable ways with painful objects for extended periods of time before either killing them or releasing them (at least one surviving victim went to the police, but what he was doing was so shocking that her story wasn't believed)
When a victim would first wake up, naked, bound & blindfolded, he would play an audio tape for her describing what he was planning on doing to her.
I've heard it before, its well over an hour long and very graphic. But I can't seem to track it down again. The audio is in english, recorded on July 23, 1993 in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico.
If anyone can help me find it again, I'd very much appreciate it

There are a few versions of people replicating the recording. They’re actors reading from a script put together from testimony. I’ve never heard the real deal. According to the FBI they will never release it, but I’m sure it’s sitting on someone’s hard drive or in a cassette box.

Not exactly, this is a recreation of the tape, meaning someone else is talking and being read from the words from the tapes, so in a way yea its the same words, but not his voice.
