Dude, again, this is the fakest shit ever and if you've actually seen real hangings you'd know this. As soon as the neck is constricted, the brain starts swelling with blood. Within seconds this swelling causes a loss of limb control. The victim will appear weak and be unable to fully lift their arms or bend their legs. This very quickly leads to limb stiffness and posturing. They don't just go limp. Also, if a person is hung by the neck, with the rope clearly behind their head, they will not be able to tilt their head or bend their neck at all since the rope rides up under the chin and essentially suspends the body by the skull itself.
Not really sure why you're holding so tightly onto the notion that this vid is real. If it was, it would be all over every news station 24/7, we'd know the girl's name, the killers' names, and her family would be giving nonstop interviews right up to the day of the trial. Stop living in your fantasy land of cartoonish evil white supremacists and come back to reality with everyone else.
