what makes me impressed is not only their tolerance to pain, but how do those people don't get infections cutting with that type of blade

Tbh i HAVE NO IDEA like I'm a cutter and have been since 9 and i have not gotten infected... Like idk if I'm lucky or what but there's very few days i haven't cut at least once in so .. i think it's luck tbh ngl. Luck or really rare immune systems 🤷
