Thank you! I hope you're doing well too. The key is really just cleaning it and keeping it covered. I don't understand how some people can just not care for their wounds...

Thanks, and yeah that seems the best way to care for any large service wounds. For some people the lack of care is part of the self harm, and they will even purposely let it get infected. It's really sad to see people like that.
