Further details:
I remember it smelling like puke, a sign it was rotting. The white parts in the cut is the infection but i got to a doctor in time before it turned to necrosis. Take care of your wounds kids.

Any wound has to be taken care of, self inflicted or not. A small wound can become a big problem. Though this one wasn't exactly small and was self inflicted, even if it were accidental, this will happen if it is neglected for long enough.
