I remember it smelling like puke, a sign it was rotting. The white parts in the cut is the infection but i got to a doctor in time before it turned to necrosis. Take care of your wounds kids.

All wounds need to be taken care of, self inflicted or not. Unless you wanna get a bad infection and end up with a part of your body amputated, in which case might as well just go back to the medieval times and start rubbing shit in your wounds. Do what you want though, I'm not your mom.
