I made an extra account just for sh twitter. And since I knew a couple people before I just followed them and many followed back. That way I somewhat integrated myself into the "community" and now I just have to go into my regular feed to see this kinda stuff (:

They regularly change, since people sometimes just stop posting or get banned. Just use hashtags like #988twt #shtwt #catscratchtwt #goretwtw You gotta look for a bit but once you start following others you will get more and more recommendations for similar accounts. When I created my second shtwt acc it took me just about 15mins until I was completely into it again
