Got tired of doing the same thing, so I decided to try a new spot on my body and ended up getting scared after I accidentally punctured a lobule in my breast and it immediately swelled up and started bruising. I'm not normally concerned about swelling, but it swelled before I could even pull out the staple, and I have never seen something like that happen before so I was surprised. At the end of the video you can see slight bruising developing, and maybe even my slight panic.
right after taking the staples out of my left side
a few staples still in my right side
you can see the knot from my swollen lobule
after cleaning it the first time
a few hours later with further developed bruises
It looks so ugly and is three days old as of posting.

Well if you do and your records gets released, your family will shun you and your parents for life

how do you know my family will shun me? that's a stupid assumption. I might have left them and you wouldn't know. Furthermore, if your family shuns you instead of helping you for self harm, then thats not a good family to care about.

I can understand, most people get shunned by society if they have a record of going to a psychiatric doctor.
This is a very real issue everywhere outside of developed nations.
But then have you tried a hobby? You like drawing right? Does it help when you are focused on drawing?
