But why do this? The person In the video clearly just wants to take blood out of their body for some unknown reason........ If the person likes it so much, why not donate all that blood ????

Even if they want to donate they can't because blood banks have requirements that people must reach like being healthy, be free from tattoos, have good iron levels etc. They are quite strict with it. And if they let out blood prior to that then they'll most likely get turned down, especially if it was done recently and in a large amount.

I really dont know, but it seems like that have some kinda obsession with it, since almost all videos they´ve posted show bloodletting or the aftermath of it.
