Everyone's insides look the same. Its not shocking to see someone do this. "Hey, look at me everybody, i cut myself". . . very weak minded and attention seeking behavior. Nobody in society cares about weak individuals who do things like this. Mainly, people will just pity the ignorance displayed by such behavior.

Find something to contribute to society and make a change in the world to earn attention. Using your mind and body to make a real change that people will remember is much more satisfying than making cuts. Anyone can cut, it's easy. Very few have the intelligence and ability to impact society through their actions.
