not always the case but non-suicidal personal injuries (NSPI) are typically the result of individual failing to process their emotions. Thus, they seek relief via physical pain, which reinforces this behavior.

Well there is a lot of reasons !! ^_^ some people do it for the pain or how it looks and sometimes it’s about control. There’s a lot and it’s different for every person
