Yes, you can survive, you would either apply direct pressure on the cut or use a torniquet. High and tight, if you don't have a torniquet it's not that hard to make one yourself, but makeshift torniquets don't usually work well, so i would just apply direct pressure. Keep in mind that if the cut is big and deep you can stuff it with gauze, and obviously go to the hospital especially if you hit a major structure.

If attention is your goal then Im sorry for providing it but you and I both know this only makes you feel better for so long, when you cut yourself your just attracted to that tiny amount of happiness it provides because your brain is releasing dopamine to cope with the infliction. there are better, less pitiful ways of getting your dopamine that don't draw blood or cause permanent damage to you.
I know you aren't happy in your day-to-day life if you're posting this and the first step to improving is finding better and healthier ways to be happy. because by doing this your going to be dead before you become the person you want to be, a happier person with friendships, hobbies, maybe even a family if you're into that idea.
