A guy told me he did this because he wanted to feel what it's like in a gore video and sent it to me it was fucking hilarious when he told me that but also I kinda worried he might do it regularly

I did it in the right direction down my entire forearm and still didnt die bruh, not to mention this isnt even pouring blood cause those cuts aint deep enough to continue bleeding after 5 minutes.

Besides that critical analysis of the video:

There is so much pain in their voice, just needing to convert the emotional pain into physical pain.

It is basically the opposite of "killing yourself" because you're making sure you're still alive and have not succumb to numbness, you still feel becausr there's still hope left.
