The idea of using self mutilation for some sort of perverse validation is contemptable for an edgy teen let alone an adult. Your cuts are not "cute."

Edit: I am not judging or critisizing the cutting. It's something I am intimately familiar with and I feel for you. Takes a lot of pain to do that to yourself. Just talking about parading it around like a badge of honor.
