I don't understand the reason behind brutal self-harm like this... 
Has anyone experienced something like that or do you know why many people (and mostly women, it seems) do this to themselves?
Edit: Removed "Mental-Illness" from the title, because I thought it was a bit insensitive.
Edit2: I put a self-harm warning in front, so people triggered by that content can skip it.

To everyone who down-votes this, I'm really curious what your reasons are.
I uploaded this because severe self-harm videos like these are very interesting to me personally and I thought maybe you guys think so, too.
But I see from the vote-ratio that it's a quite controversial thing to post here.
So please give me some input, because I'd like to understand you guys!
