ngl this wouldve been good if it was real. first, he didnt show his empty eye socket. second, if you rewatch the part where hes eating it and slow it down, you can see his eye is still in his socket. third, the eye he ate was obvious fake because the green colour was too bright and didnt match his. so for you guys believing it and feeling icky, its fake. hope that helps.
