Staples don't hurt at all. I've had them on my leg in 2 different areas and my head. The ones on my head was kind of an emergency stapling from an accident so I didn't get numbed and I didn't feel the staples piercing my skinz I felt the pressure of the stapler more

Even if someone is harming themselves for attention, they should be treated with the same amount of seriousness as people who dont do it for attention, either way they are hurting themselves even if it is for attention, at the end of the day both partys are hurting themselves which doesnt need to happen and they both should be taken care of in a way to make them not self harm. People who brag about it most likely have problems with their life and need something to feel apart of or need people to make themselves feel better about themselves. And how much i wanna say that people who do this are taking away help from people who sh for reasons other than bragging. They both deserve help at the end of the day for their problems.
