I'm jealous of these people. I would also like to say that self harm or similar behavior does not mean you refuse mental health treatment. Though, such attitudes and actions may dampen the effectiveness.

For example you might take antidepressant medicine but still do drugs or self harm.

Hmmm, i guess i get that. Sometimes i feel the urge to never be sober and get as bad as i possibly can, and bc of that- theres a part of me thats envious of these toxic self destructive friend groups.
