I mean i agree it was self defense the first three shots. Then he plugged him three or four more times while he was unarmed on the ground. That part wont look good in court. Now I'm wondering if south america has a jury like we do.
Edit: upon further review i see the dude was the agressor; he swung first. So it isnt self-defense unless red shirt said "I'm going to shoot you".

Review a little bit further. "Red shirt" gets his gun out even before "Blue shirt white shoulders" attempts to grab his hands. It was obvious to everyone that "Red shirt" meant to use his pistol. The ground shots were overkill.
