Murder of rapper Indian Red Boy in his car while on Instagram live

California rapper Indian Red Boy was murdered on Thursday (July 8) while inside his car, consistent with multiple sources. The 21-year-old artist, real name Zerail Dijon Rivera, was on Instagram accept a fellow social media influencer Kapone when the incident happened. The 2 were talking when shots were heard on the IG live.

Reports reveal that Indian Red Boy was shot within the face and pronounced dead at the scene. Kapone, referred to as kapaalxt8 on Instagram, shared the news on Instagram. He posted a video of Indian Red Boy dancing and shared a tribute message. “LLINDIANREDD. i LOVE YOU GANKG.”

Reports say that the incident occurred within the 14100 block of Chadron Avenue in Hawthorne. The shooting happened at 4 p.m.

According to Hawthorne police Lt. Ti Goetz, Indian Red Boy suffered multiple gunshot wounds. The suspect fled the scene before police arrived. “It appears to possess been a walk-up shooting and he appears to possess been targeted,” Goetz said, per Daily Breeze. Authorities are still checking out the suspect who is liable for Indian Red Boy's death. they're reviewing video systems within the area. The explanation for the shooting remains unknown.

However, there are rumors circulating that he was allegedly murdered over a Nipsey Hussle, per All Hip Hop. Several people have shared comments on Twitter about the video.
