In Santa Marta, authorities are on the trail of a subject who in the last few hours made an attempt on the life of a homeless citizen. The events took place on Avenida del RÃo, northeast of the capital of Magdalena.
The video recorded how the street dweller was feeding in front of a store when the individual, carrying a firearm, arrived and shot him twice.
The victim was taken to a hospital in Santa Marta where he receives specialized medical care. Her prognosis is guarded.
In another incident, on Sunday afternoon a man was murdered with five gunshots on 45A Street and 23rd Street, in the Villa Zambrano neighborhood in the municipality of Soledad, Atlántico.
This is Luis Junior Sobrino BolÃvar, who was shot after being approached by individuals who were traveling on a motorcycle in which the grill member pulled out a firearm and discharged it against Sobrino's humanity, taking his life.

I BELIEVE THIS WAS IN SOLEDAD
My Spanish is not the best but I read the article. Soledad is on the ourskirts of Barranquilla which is where my wedding was a few years ago. Soledad is like the Bronx to Manhattan. Soledad is riddled with crime and very dangerous. Santa Marta is very beautiful and El Rododero is a beautiful beach. I was there in October and it was like Mardi Gras cumbia music 🎶🎵 until 3 am I was walking down the street with a 6pk of Corona and my wife in my other hand. Awesome atmosphere. Anyway I believe the article states he was brought to a hospital in Santa Marta but the shooting was in Soledad. Which would be crazy because it's like a 2 hour car ride!!

EDIT: My wife just confirmed for me this was in fact Santa Marta. There was a different case that happened in Soledad. Despite these unfortunate videos we often see on here of Colombia 🇨🇴 I have been there 7 times including my wedding and I have never felt unsafe. Beautiful country but unfortunately that's not the picture Hollywood paints and sells.
